GEODIS unifies its brands: Sealogis and XP LOG become GEODIS

Sealogis, Sealogis Freight Forwarding -a freight forwarding company operating in France, Spain, and Belgium through its subsidiary Sealogis Freight Forwarding Belgium —and XP LOG, a port area logistics provider present in Le Havre and Marseille, have been part of the GEODIS Group since 1995 while maintaining their respective brands. Today, the Group is taking the next step in its development by unifying these entities under the GEODIS brand. This integration will enable clients to benefit from even more consistent, efficient, and transparent transport and logistics solutions, while strengthening operational synergies. All rebranding operations will be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2026.

This unification marks a significant strategic milestone for GEODIS, further strengthening its presence in port areas where both entities have long-established and significant operations. The unified teams represent more than 900 employees representing first-class logistics capabilities: over 150,000 sq. meters of warehouses, a secure container yard, and a warehouse dedicated to maritime groupage. This infrastructure represent more than 160,000 TEUs in annual handling capacity.
