Take on the CopyCat Challenge in Pokémon Pokopia!

A special in-game event called the Copycat Challenge will be held on 4/1.

Even more fun is coming to the Pokémon™ Pokopia game! On 4/1, some Pokémon may imitate the way other Pokémon speak and quiz you. If you can pass the quiz, you’ll receive an in-game inflatable Sudowoodo—so be sure to talk to lots of different Pokémon!

Event schedule

From 4/1/26 at 5:00 a.m. until 4/2/26 at 4:59 a.m. local time.

How to play

1. Look for Pokémon who might be imitating how other Pokémon speak and talk with them.
   
   
2. Pass the quiz!
   
   

• If you can answer quiz questions correctly three times and report your results at a Pokémon Center PC, you’ll receive an in-game inflatable Sudowoodo.

The Mystery Gift option can be found within the Get Items function in the Pokémon Center PC after you unlock the feature in the Pokémon Pokopia game. You will need to connect your Nintendo Switch 2 system to the internet to claim this bonus. The user profile on your system will need to be linked to a Nintendo Account in order to connect to the internet. (This does not require a Nintendo Switch Online membership.) It takes approximately 30 minutes of play time before you can access the Mystery Gift feature. Item can only be redeemed once.
