World-renowned luxury hospitality brand, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, announces the debut of six new experiences in its much anticipated “Special Happens…” series spanning its global portfolio. Further advancing the brand’s commitment to Make Special Happen for all guests, the offerings highlight Fairmont’s signature service and sense of celebration. The collection showcases new ’must try’ experiences which are anchored in four categories: “After Dark”; “In the Wild”; “Around the Table”; and “In the Spotlight.”.

Rooted in local culture and delivered with Fairmont’s hallmark care, guests can explore new offerings including a Great Wall of China Iconic Helicopter Tour at Fairmont Beijing; An Evening Under the Solar Eclipse on August 12th at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier; a Celestial Overnight with rare Scottish Whisky on Scotland’s East coast at Fairmont St Andrews; an Indigenous-led Foraging Flight at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge; The After-Dark Night Tour of the Yellow Crane Tower while attired in Hanfu traditional dress at Fairmont Wuhan; and the Acacia Horizon Experience at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club providing an intimate, elevated private opportunity for wildlife viewing.

New for 2026, guests can soar over one of the world’s most iconic landmarks with an exclusive new Great Wall of China Iconic Helicopter Tour from Fairmont Beijing. Enjoy tracing the Wall’s winding majesty from a private helicopter, followed by a seamless limousine transfer back to the hotel for a two-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Studio King with lounge access.
