Lobby Codes

We are also pleased to announce new Lobby Codes, which will allow you to invite players directly to your teams. Consoles will be able to play together (PS5 & Xbox Series X: S) and PC players on both MSstore and Steam can play together. You can invite players to your own lobbies via the Lobby Code system. These lobbies will still remain after a Mission ends, making it easy to keep a party together. For step-by-step instructions, check out this video here.

Firebreather

The Firebreather is a new fire-breathing monster that roams the bayou and gulch who can be found among Grunts. It spews devastating, fiery long-range attacks, so you’ll need to keep your distance. To temporarily halt its fire attacks, use Choke Clouds or Water Bottles, they’ll be your best allies. To defeat it, you can strike directly with these items, attack from range, or take the risk of using a blunt weapon up close

Be warned, explosives and the Firebreather don’t mix very well, so don’t tell us we didn’t warn you, Hunter!

Tracking & Scouting

You will need to hone your tracking and scouting skills this Event, as all Supply and Extraction Points will be hidden on the map. In order to reveal the locations of hidden points of interest and Wild Targets, you’ll need to find and interact with the Scouting Maps found in each Scout Tower.

Other ways to discover hidden locations are by walking up to them and/or pinging them from a distance. Make sure to bring the Spyglass with you too—it can also be used to look for locations as they will show up as icons above the compass. You can reveal Extraction Points by picking up a Bounty Token, banishing a Boss Target, or by using “The Chariot” Tarot Card.

Burned Convoys

Burned Convoys are new, in-world points of interest that offer unique loot when tracked down. Be aware that they are not visible on the map by default, so you’ll need to discover them through Scouting Map interaction or by exploring the world yourself. Once you find one, you’re guaranteed some valuable rewards, including the Catalyst Trait, Tarot Cards, a full Health Restoration Kit, and more. Remember, where there’s smoke there’s fire—Burned Convoys send up large plumes of smoke that can be seen from far away, helping you zero in on them as you roam.

New Tarot Cards

The new Tarot Cards this Event include The High Priestess, which uncovers the direction to the closest enemy Hunter, and The Pathfinder, which will reveal all the used Clues on the map and highlight them in red. Both are great for helping with scouting out the enemy, so make sure to use them when you can!

There have also been some cool new additions, including moving targets in the Shooting Range that spawn as basic Hunter bots. These can be used to help improve your moving target practice! The Event brings some awesome new Hunters too, including The Cook, The Highwayman, Red Raven, One Who Flies, and more! Our very own Port Sulphur Band have released their new single “Take The Devil’s Trail” you can stream it on all popular music platforms. Jump into the Event now and get scouting!
