ASICS to Disclose Securities Report Three Weeks Prior to Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

ASICS Corporation announces that, starting this fiscal year, we will submit and disclose its securities report approximately three weeks prior to the shareholders’ meeting. This initiative is intended to promote constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors.

ASICS has long been committed to enhancing management transparency, actively disclosing information regarding corporate philosophy, management approach, and business operations. It has also strengthened communication with stakeholders by hosting events in major cities regularly to directly present corporate overviews and performance to individual investors.

With this initiative, ASICS aims to ensure shareholders and investors have sufficient time to review the valuable information contained in the Annual Securities Report before making decisions. Accordingly, the disclosure date for the FY2025 Securities Report was set for March 4, 2026, which is more than three weeks prior to the shareholders’ meeting, the timing the Financial Services Agency considers most desirable.

Generally, Annual Securities Reports contain numerous items requiring verification, and advancing the disclosure date is considered to pose challenges due to the need for operational and internal system adjustments. ASICS, however, achieved early disclosure by working closely with relevant departments and domestic/international subsidiaries to enable the early disclosure of the Report.

Going forward, ASICS will continue to pursue corporate governance and advance the “head-on management” approach, by engaging directly with the capital markets through timely and appropriate information disclosure.
