Google to Host Annual Stockholders Meeting

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) announced today that it will hold its annual stockholders meeting on Thursday, May 10, 2007 in Mountain View, California. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time at Google headquarters. The live audio webcast of Google’s annual stockholders meeting can be accessed at http://investor.google.com/webcast. The webcast version of the meeting will be available through the same link following the conference call.

Stockholders who held Google stock as of the close of business on March 22, 2007 and those holding a valid proxy for the annual meeting are entitled to attend in person. Attendees must bring photo identification for admittance. If stockholders hold stock through a broker, trustee or nominee, they should also provide proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date, such as the most recent account statement prior to March 22, 2007, a copy of the voting instruction card provided by their broker, trustee or nominee, or similar evidence of ownership.
