Múzsa Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest launches FEEL, a six-cocktail menu where art, scent, and flavour work together to guide guests back to life’s formative experiences: curiosity, intimacy, chosen bonds, generosity, belonging, and hope.

The Múzsa team has built its reputation on ambitious, concept-driven menus, from forays into modern art to the nine muses, to the world of colour. FEEL is the team’s most personal concept yet: a menu that places the guest at its centre, organised across three emotional chapters (Contact, Connection, and Grounded) and designed to awaken the sense memories that shaped them.

“We set out to create a menu that explores the relationship between sense and memory. Our hope is that guests will revisit these formative feelings together, bond over them, and ultimately have the experience of tasting them,” shares the Múzsa Bar team.

Bringing FEEL to life has been a truly collaborative effort: the entire team worked together to shape the concept, develop the drinks, and craft the storytelling behind each serve. The six cocktails, developed by the Múzsa Bar team under the leadership of Bar Manager Ádám Rédli and Senior Bartender Áron Szimler, span the three chapters of FEEL. That shared vision extends to the cocktail presentation. With creative direction from Head Bartender Anett Schurina, who taught herself 3D design to craft every serving piece, the team partnered with a Hungarian printing company for production. The results range from Pure Imagination’s interlocking blocks, evoking the wonder of childhood creative discovery, to Hope’s stacked marble discs embedded with LED lighting that glows through fine cracks from within - a visually arresting symbol of resilience.

  • Pure Imagination - Pisco Quebranta, Márton és Lányai Bergamot, roasted coconut. The wonder of childhood discovery, served frozen in interlocking blocks, designed to spark a sense of playfulness.

  • Hope - Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin, quince and thyme falernum, and cucumber. The menu’s showstopper and a work of art in its own right, presented on stacked marble discs where LED lighting glows through fine cracks from within.
