The fully electric hot hatch wins the “Mini Cars” category for the second year in a row, securing 23.9% of the votes and reaffirming Abarth’s strong appeal among car enthusiasts in one of Europe’s most competitive automotive markets.

This year’s achievement also marks the tenth overall victory for Abarth in the history of the competition, a testament to the brand’s enduring international reputation for performance and excitement. Last year, the 500e already impressed German readers with its dynamic all electric character, and it continues to build international relevance for Abarth’s electrified product strategy.

In the 2026 anniversary edition, 94.911 participants evaluated 480 vehicles across 13 categories, confirming the award’s broad reach and high industry recognition. The official ceremony will take place on 10 June 2026 at Stuttgart Castle, one of Germany’s most iconic cultural venues.
