World Travel Awards winners and nominees interview opportunity at ITB Berlin 2026

Breaking Travel News (BTN) is inviting senior leaders from across the global travel and tourism ecosystem to participate in short, high-impact video interviews during ITB Berlin 2026. World Travel Awards (WTA) Nominees and Winners will be given priority access to interview slots, reflecting their leadership and recognised excellence within the global travel and tourism industry.

Taking place from 3–5 March, ITB Berlin is the world’s leading travel trade show. BTN will be on the ground capturing executive insight on strategy, innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and the future direction of global tourism. These concise interviews provide organisations with a powerful platform to share their message from ITB with a worldwide professional audience.

This call for interviews is intended for Communications, PR, Corporate Affairs, and Marketing teams representing destinations, tourism boards, airlines, hotel groups, cruise lines, travel technology companies, investors, and industry organisations attending ITB Berlin.

The interviews offer a timely opportunity to amplify leadership perspectives from Berlin to a global audience of travel professionals, decision-makers, and policymakers. Each interview will be built around one core theme, tailored to the organisation and its priorities. Topics will include global strategy & industry transformation; AI, innovation & the future of travel; sustainability, regeneration & climate resilience; investment, growth & market opportunity; and policy, collaboration & industry alignment.

Interviews will be conducted by Justin Cooke, Editor in Chief, BTN, and Sapphire Goss, Senior Correspondent, BTN.

Justin has spent more than three decades covering global travel and tourism, interviewing ministers, CEOs, and industry leaders shaping the future of the sector. He is also Vice President of the World Sustainable Travel & Hospitality Awards and regularly moderates senior-level discussions across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

Sapphire Goss is a senior correspondent at BTN with a focus on destination strategy, sustainability, innovation, and the evolving role of tourism in global culture and society. She regularly interviews senior leaders from across the travel and hospitality sector, bringing a sharp, thoughtful perspective and an engaging on-camera presence.
