Couples are invited to an evening of elevated dining at The Remedy, featuring a refined three course experience available from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on February 14. The menu highlights bold yet elegant flavours, beginning with Charred Octopus and Beetroot Carpaccio accented by saffron aioli and pomegranate, followed by a Filet and Lobster duo served with truffle potato purée, asparagus and red wine butter. Dessert concludes with rose and raspberry posset, pistachio and lemon.

On February 14 from 4:00 to 9:30 pm, Tavernetta Vail will host an intimate San Valentino evening centred on a luxurious multi‑course tasting menu designed to delight the senses.
