Viacom Names Jay Kushner Senior Vice President of Global Taxation and Treasury

Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) today announced the appointment of Jay Kushner to a newly created position of Senior Vice President of Global Taxation and Treasury. In this new role, Mr. Kushner will be responsible for the worldwide tax and treasury affairs of Viacom and its subsidiaries. He will report to Thomas Dooley, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom.

We are thrilled that we have someone as capable as Jay to take on this important responsibility.”



Under the new structure, Viacom’s Senior Vice President & Treasurer, Toby Nelson, will report to Mr. Kushner along with Christopher Nardone and Andrew Greenberg, both Senior Vice Presidents within Viacom’s Tax Department.
