CBRE Leads 2025 U.S. Investment Sales Activity for 20th Consecutive Year

CBRE was the top-ranked firm for commercial real estate investment sales in the U.S. during 2025, according to MSCI Real Assets —the 20th consecutive year that CBRE has claimed the top spot.

MSCI Real Assets credited CBRE with a 13.3% market share across all property types in the U.S. in 2025, outperforming the nearest competitor by 370 basis points.

In addition to being number one overall, CBRE held the top spot in MSCI’s U.S. rankings across most major property types, including office (12.9%), industrial (18.0%), multifamily (16.0%), and hotels (11.6%).
