Lundberg Family Farms Launches Sweet Cakes: A Crunchy, Better-for-You Take on Dessert

Lundberg Family Farms, the leading Regenerative Organic Certified® food brand known for its California-grown rice and rice-based products, today announced the launch of Sweet Cakes, a line of crunchy, dessert-inspired mini rice cakes.

It’s no secret that kids crave sweet treats. But it’s estimated that more than 60% of kids’ diets are ultraprocessed. Adults’ diets are also heavily processed, with ultraprocessed foods comprising more than half of adult diets.

Inspired by classic flavors kids and adults love, Sweet Cakes offer a wholesome alternative. Available in three nostalgic flavors, made with Regenerative Organic Certified® brown rice, and naturally sweetened with monk fruit, maple syrup and cane sugar, Sweet Cakes are part dessert, part snack. Each serving delivers 21 grams of whole grains or more with 4 grams of sugar or less, and contains no artificial ingredients, dyes, flavors, or preservatives.

• Apple Pie – Sweet seasonings of apples and cinnamon with notes of butter and maple sugar for a cozy, pie‑inspired crunch
• Salted Caramel – A sweet‑meets‑salty bite with rich caramel flavor and a hint of salt that keeps snackers reaching back in the bag
