On Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, 2026, CUT by Wolfgang Puck sets the stage for romance with candlelit dining, live music, and a tantalizing four-course Valentine’s Day menu served from 5:00 to 10:30 pm each evening. Executive Chef Drew Rosenberg’s menu begins with a selection of amuse-bouche, followed by the choice of a salad or starter from a duo of dry-aged fish to wagyu beef carpaccio, beet root tartare, warm shellfish medley or a citrus salad. For the entrée, choose between the dry-aged ribeye, USDA Prime filet mignon, Japanese Kobe wagyu New York strip, Australian wagyu filet mignon, macadamia nut crusted Japanese madal or the ricotta gnocchi. Dinner comes with sides for the table including a stone-ground heirloom polenta, braised bean ragout and roasted golden beets. Conclude the evening with a semi-sweet dessert designed for sharing. There are two ways to enjoy this menu:

• CUT Lounge – The highly anticipated Lover’s Lounge returns to CUT Lounge for Valentine’s Day weekend, setting the stage for an evening of romance. The menu by Executive Chef Colin Bedfordfeatures an amuse-bouche, followed by the choice of a starter from the lobster tortellini to a crab salad, beet greens, Thai snapper crudo, carrot and ginger soup, or a green salad. For the entrée, choices range from beef tenderloin to a maple-glazed duck, poached hearts of palm, seared tuna, roasted scallops, or braised short rib.
