Here are my highlights:

• We achieved an impressive 90% average score, up 4% from last year and 4% above the global benchmark.
  
  
• More countries than ever before participated in the assessment, all achieving Top Employer status. Every country improved on last year and scored above 80%, with six surpassing 90%.
  
  
• GB, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, and the Philippines maintained a strong performance. Special congratulations to Iberia for leading the way for the second year running, and to Indonesia for a remarkable debut with a 90% score.
  
  
• Our highest-scoring topics included Digital HR (100%), Ethics & Integrity (100%), alongside Business Strategy (97%), Employer Branding (97%), Leadership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (96%).

These results show the impact of our investment in people, our focus on continuous learning, and our strong belief in our workplace and culture.
