Reframe Systems Expands Operations Leadership with Two Industry Veterans

Stacey Harris, formerly of Consigli Construction, and Ed Armas, a 30-year leader in volumetric and modular housing, join Reframe to scale its national production network

Boston, MA (January 15, 2026)Reframe Systems, a physical AI company automating the homebuilding process to address the housing crisis, today announced the addition of Stacey Harris as Director of Field Operations and Ed Armas as the Director of Operations. Harris and Armas bring deep execution experience and technical expertise as Reframe scales its network of AI-driven fabrication facilities nationwide to deliver resilient, attainable housing.

Their arrival follows Reframe’s $20M Series A and comes as the company accelerates deployments in regions where housing demand is outpacing traditional construction capacity.

Stacey Harris — Director of Field Operations
Stacey Harris brings extensive experience delivering large-scale commercial projects and leading field operations. Prior to joining Reframe, she spent more than nine years at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., most recently as General Superintendent, where she led delivery across major commercial projects.

At Reframe, Harris will lead the company’s expanding field operations, helping translate factory precision into predictable, high-quality on-site delivery. She will oversee efforts to make field workflows safer, faster, and more consistent, while building a team focused on delivering a reliable, customer-centered experience throughout the build process.

“Homebuilding hasn’t fundamentally changed in decades, and we’ve tried to solve the housing crisis with the same broken playbook,” said Harris. “Reframe is finally changing that. Bringing robotics, software, and factory-scale precision into the field is exactly what this industry has needed to build faster, safer, and with far more predictability.”

Ed Armas — Director of Operations
Ed Armas joins Reframe as Director of Operations, bringing over 30 years of experience spanning HUD, modular, single-family, multifamily, and panelized housing systems. He has focused his career on the intersection of manufacturing, housing operations, and scalable residential delivery, and is now taking the next step to deliver these solutions to those who need them most.

At Reframe, Armas will drive the integration of factory precision with design and deployment to enable faster builds, smoother permitting, simpler installation, and scalable housing delivery.

Previously, Armas served as Director of Manufacturing at Volumetric Building Companies and held senior leadership roles at Katerra, including Senior Operations Manager and Senior Production Manager, as well as earlier production leadership roles at Champion Home Builders and Cascade Windows.

“For decades, I’ve focused on practical ways to build better, faster, and with more consistency,” said Armas. “Reframe’s network of local fabrication facilities is a chance to apply that expertise at a moment when the country needs new solutions. I’m looking forward to helping scale a system designed to deliver more housing where it’s needed most.”

Scaling Physical AI for Housing
Reframe is tackling two of the defining challenges of our time: the housing shortage and climate change. With a fundamentally new model for how homes are built, rather than relying on massive prefab plants, Reframe deploys a network of robotic fabrication facilities that deploy in as little as 100 days, bringing manufacturing closer to where housing is needed most. Following its $20 million Series A raise, the company is pushing toward its long-term goal of delivering one million homes by 2045.

Powering this effort is Reframe’s physical AI platform, which enables mass-customized housing at factory speed, delivering homes with unprecedented speed, cost-efficiency and predictability compared to the status quo while unlocking a path to scalable, climate-ready construction.
