Datavail Appoints Jerry Hawk as Chief Executive Officer

Datavail, a leading provider of data, analytics, and application modernization services, today announced the appointment of Jerry Hawk as Chief Executive Officer.

Jerry Hawk brings extensive leadership experience across technology services, operations, and go-to-market execution. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and scaling organizations to deliver sustainable growth. He was most recently COO at Hitachi Solutions America, and was also CEO of Capax Global, a high growth consulting organization that was acquired by Hitachi.

Jerry succeeds Interim CEO Allen Shaheen, who has led the company through a successful transition period. Shaheen will remain as an independent director on Datavail’s board.
