Danfoss at EuroShop 2026: Go beyond

WEBWIRE

Danfoss is proud to announce its participation at EuroShop 2026, taking place February 22–26 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Visitors will find us in Hall 16, Booth D59, where we invite the food retail industry to “Go Beyond” and explore how integrated cooling and heating solutions, and advanced controls can transform store efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.

From cold rooms to convenience stores and hypermarkets, Danfoss delivers full solutions for end-to-end efficiency to reduce energy bills, minimize heat loss, and prevent food waste.

Solutions across the store

At EuroShop 2026, visitors can discover how Danfoss technologies connect every part of the store — from refrigeration and heat recovery to monitoring and connectivity — through a complete portfolio of solutions for cold rooms, convenience stores, display cases, packs, heat recovery, and monitoring & connectivity. All designed to help retailers meet the growing demands for energy efficiency, food safety, and cost optimization.

Visitors can meet our experts and experience well-known, trusted technologies such as ADAP-KOOL® controllers, CCMT and other valves, sensors, BOCK®  compressors, Alsense®, System Managers, Heat Recovery Units, condensing units, and drives, alongside many other proven solutions widely used across the food retail sector.

Innovation on display: AK-CC25 and ETS 5T

A key highlight at EuroShop 2026 is the new AK-CC25 case controller, the latest addition to the Danfoss ADAP-KOOL® family. Featured in our convenience store and display case solutions, it supports multiple case configurations and offers a modern interface with built-in Bluetooth® for fast setup and easy integration with ADAP-KOOL® tools, helping retailers improve energy efficiency and ensure food safety.

Also on display is the ETS 5T stepper valve, designed for compact, high-performance CO₂ refrigeration systems. Ideal for convenience store and display case applications, it combines precise flow control with a space saving design, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained cases and high-efficiency refrigeration setups.

Upcoming solutions: See them first at EuroShop

EuroShop 2026 will give visitors a sneak preview of several upcoming innovations from Danfoss, each designed to bring new levels of efficiency and control to food retail.
For cold rooms, the upcoming AK-EC Lite edge controller offers compact yet powerful monitoring, managing multiple devices with ease and integrating seamlessly with industry standard protocols for fast connection and cloud data sharing.

In convenience store applications, the AK-EC Convenience edge controller will scale up to handle larger systems, combining advanced monitoring with optimization tools to enhance store efficiency and simplify management.

We are also expanding our Optyma™ iCO₂ condensing unit range, bringing the benefits of CO₂ refrigeration to more convenience store formats.
For pack systems, the upcoming AK-PC 35 pack controller delivers flexible multi-compressor control with advanced efficiency features and broad refrigerant compatibility, making it a versatile choice for modern food retail installations.

Experience the Danfoss Smart Store

At the heart of the booth, visitors can step into the world of the Danfoss Smart Store ADC, a unique opportunity to experience real supermarket efficiency in action. Live data from the operational Smart Store in Nordborg, Denmark will be on display, alongside a visual journey through its development and some of the key energy saving learnings it has generated, including optimized heat recovery and rail heat.

The Smart Store only utilizes existing cooling and heating technologies relevant to food retail, proving that efficiency, sustainability, and profitability can go hand in hand. Visitors can also take part in a competition to win a tour of the Smart Store in Denmark and discover how Danfoss is helping food retailers overcome challenges, create opportunities, and move closer to net- zero operations.
