Svetlana Walker appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary

Clare Wardle, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, will step down from her role on 1 April 2026 after nearly a decade of distinguished service. 

Clare joined CCEP at its inception in 2016 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s legal and governance framework.

She played a key role in major milestones, including the successful integration of Coca-Cola Amatil and the acquisition of our Philippines bottling operations, strengthening CCEP’s footprint and growth trajectory.

Clare’s outstanding contributions and leadership have helped position CCEP for continued success.

Svetlana Walker will succeed Clare as General Counsel and Company Secretary from 1 April 2026. She will join the company in January, reporting to Damian Gammell.

Svetlana brings over 20 years of international legal and compliance experience across packaging, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, most recently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Klöckner Pentaplast Group. She has also held senior roles at Kimberly-Clark, Burt’s Bees, and The Clorox Company.

In her new role, Svetlana will lead CCEP’s global legal function and advise the Board and Executive Leadership Team on strategic priorities.

Clare’s leadership has been pivotal in shaping the strong legal and governance foundation that underpins our business today. Her strategic insight and commitment have helped the business grow and expand consistently since its creation.
