Free updates to Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment add new challenges and rewards

Take on extra battles and even more fearsome foes in two free updates for the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment game for the Nintendo Switch™ 2 system!

The first free update adds additional in-game rewards, a new upgrade material, and additional Vicious enemy types. You can also cause further team-up trouble with a new Sync Strike for Zelda and Calamo. Plus, even more features become available after completing the main game through the magic of a second free update.

See what’s available with the free updates:

• New Vicious enemies: Bokoblins and Flux Constructs

• New Sync Strike for Zelda and Calamo

• Ability to Sync Strike with a Flux Construct

• New weapons: Longsword of Light and High Guard’s Spear

• New upgrade material: Pure Zonaite Steel

Please note these features become available after completing the main story missions.

• Phantom Ganon: This fierce opponent will occasionally appear in certain battles after completing the main story. Phantom Ganon causes monsters to grow more aggressive but also yields greater rewards should you emerge victorious.

• New weapon: Forbidden Blade

• New Vicious enemies: Lizalfos and ChuChu

• New option: Forbidden Difficulty

• New Unique Skills can be acquired for the Mysterious Construct
