New Children’s Book Series Released: “The Winter Alliance” by AuthorsInsights.com

A new children’s book series has just been released by AuthorsInsights.com, written by award-winning author Clifton Brusso, whose recent novels “A Few Fruits and an Onion” and “Frozen Solid” have met with huge success.

The three-book series begins with an unlikely gathering: a bear named Bruno, a deer named Buck, a fox named Rusty, a rabbit named Whiskers, a lynx named Lefty, and two siblings—teenager Jode and his younger sister, Anna—who meet at a hermit’s cabin atop Mt. Brockway near Copper Harbor, Michigan.

The children soon discover that the animals can talk, and together they form what the series calls “The Winter Alliance.” Their adventures include facing stressful situations such as a raid by raccoons, attacks by wolves, surviving being lost in a blizzard, and partnering with the people of Copper Harbor on fun community projects, including planning and building ski runs and snow slides.
