Cactos Energia, a manufacturer of electricity storage systems, needed an advanced customer management and billing solution accessible anytime, anywhere to support its growing business.
Tieto Indtech’s new cloud-based customer service and billing solution (Customer Information System, CIS) for the energy sector meets the growing needs of Cactos Energia. Cactos manufactures electricity storage systems and sells electricity to its electricity-storage customers.
CIS is an automated, real-time system that is independent of time and place, covering all the contract, billing, and customer service processes of an electricity retailer. Automation and digitalisation streamline the customer’s processes and provide up-to-date information to support decision-making.
