William H. McIntyre was born in Montana, and after duty in the US Navy, he graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor of science degree. His career was in the Industrial Fire Insurance Industry as a fire protection engineer and property loss control consultant, travelling extensively throughout the USA and Canada for the benefit of large industrial clients. After 8 years of marriage, he and his wife Donna, received Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, and raised their four children in a Christian environment. McIntyre served as an elder on the board of a large full gospel church for twenty-eight years.
