Aon Appoints Susan Doering to Global Food, Agribusiness and Beverage Leader

 Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, announced Susan Doering as Aon’s new global food, agribusiness and beverage (FAB) leader, effective January 1, 2026.

In this role, Doering will lead Aon’s industry strategy by strengthening sector-specific insights, broadening solution offerings and coordinating global resources to deliver enhanced client service. She will work closely with Aon’s largest FAB clients, sharing data driven insights and capabilities to support better informed decisions. Doering will report to Petra Schmidt, global industry leader, and will be based in Philadelphia.

Doering joined Aon in 2024 as an enterprise client leader, serving FAB clients globally. Previously, Doering spent more than eight years at Willis Towers Watson as a global client advocate, where she led teams managing complex portfolios and helped develop Climate Risk Management solutions for North America. With 30 years in the insurance industry, Doering brings extensive experience working with large accounts on both the market and broking sides.
