At Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt, Henkel will present the latest updates from its Loctite 3D Printing portfolio. At hall 11.1, booth B31, the company will feature new medical materials and advances in industrial photopolymers. This year, Henkel will lay a special focus on the expansion of its medical line with Loctite 3D MED414 Red and Loctite 3D MED414 Clear, joining the established MED414 Blue. These additions maintain the same proven mechanical performance and biocompatibility while providing greater flexibility for visual differentiation and functional use in medical and device applications.

Visitors will also be able to preview Loctite 3D IND3785, a white, rigid, and chemically resistant material with low chemical migration and leachable content. IND3785 has undergone the same rigorous evaluation process as Henkel´s other food-safe solutions. The company has performed extensive migration and extraction testing across various food simulants and under diverse conditions of use. The results consistently show minimal to non-detectable transfer to food, reinforcing the confidence in obtaining industry first FDA CFR 177.1010 and EU 10/2011 approval.  With its chemical stability and resistance to various exposure conditions, the material supports both industrial and biomedical environments. The Loctite 3D Printing team will be available to share details about the material’s development and upcoming availability.

Henkel’s Formnext booth will also include a range of real-world case studies demonstrating the use of Loctite materials across different applications and printer platforms. Among them, Genera’s eyewear collection, produced in a range of colors using Loctite resins, will highlight how material versatility and validated workflows enable scalable, high-quality consumer production.

The Henkel team will be available at hall 11.1, booth B31, to discuss material capabilities, workflow validation, and application development support across multiple printer platforms.
