ACCIONA’s real estate division has reached an agreement with ARGIS, a Spanish integrated capital management company, for the sale of 1,016 homes in various locations in Spain for €324 million.

The transaction, which is among the most significant this year in the Spanish Build-to-Sell (BTS) market, reinforces ACCIONA’s selective asset rotation strategy and its commitment to sustainable, high-quality residential real estate development in Spain.

Advised by Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), the sale includes eleven assets in various stages of construction, scheduled for completion in 2026, located in different parts of Spain:

Madrid

  • Tetuán. Established residential area, close to Paseo de la Castellana and various business hubs. 120 homes (with 1 and 2 bedrooms) across seven buildings.
  • Calle Orduña. Next to Avenida del Cardenal Herrera Oria and in Madrid Nuevo Norte’s sphere of influence. 292 homes (with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms).

Barcelona

  • La Marina del Port/Zona Franca. In one of the city’s main urban regeneration hubs and close to Fira de Barcelona. 184 homes (with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms).

Terrassa

  • In one of the municipality’s most promising areas, close to the Nord train station and with good connections to Barcelona. 420 homes (with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms). It is part of the urban regeneration project promoted by ACCIONA in Terrassa in the so-called “AEG” area, which is becoming the new town center.

The transaction reinforces ACCIONA’s position as one of the leading residential real estate developers in Spain, with a model that combines financial strength, innovation in construction, and environmental commitment.

The Gross Asset Value (GAV) of its real estate portfolio stood at €1.88 billion as of June 30th, 2025, up 8.2% from December 31st, 2024.

With 30 years of experience, ACCIONA’s real estate division is one of Spain’s leading residential real estate development and management companies, having built more than 20,000 homes across Spain, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, and Brazil.
