DS Automobiles Presents Ds E-Tense FE25 for Season 12 of Formula E

• DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT have revealed the design of the DS E-TENSE FE25 that will line up in Valenica in a few days for pre-season Formula E testing
• Resplendent in its famous black and gold colours, the DS E-TENSE FE25 is set to be once more one of the aces up the sleeve of the Franco-American team
• Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard will take the wheel of the GEN3 Evo car developed by DS Performance

DS Automobiles, a cornerstone of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship since season 2 thanks to a unique roll call of achievement and several records – including two double titles, 137 races, 55 podiums, 18 wins, and 26 pole positions – will embark on its 11th season of competition in the all-electric series this year.

With the official test days getting underway shortly at Spain’s Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia from 27-31 October, the French premium constructor from the Stellantis Group today reveals the latest design of its electric single-seater.

Characterised once more by the black and gold colours that have symbolised DS Automobiles all over the world’s circuits, the two DS E-TENSE FE25 cars of Maximilian Günther (race number 7) and Taylor Barnard (race number 77) feature new accents on certain parts of the car (such as the halo, mirrors, as well as front and rear wings) to make the DS PENSKE livery stand out even more. Under the skin, the powerplant developed by DS Performance perfectly embodies the marque’s electrical know-how.

With Maximilian Günther (the author of two wins as well as two pole positions in Season 11) and the Formula E rising star Taylor Barnard (who scored five podiums and two pole positions in just 19 races) DS Automobiles is aiming to increase its honours list with yet more victories and championships.

Following the official test in Valencia, the ABB FIA Formula E championship gets underway at Sao Paulo (Brazil) on December 6 for the first race of Season 12, which takes in 17 rounds.
