ClimbRx Launches in Open Beta, Becoming the First Neuroaffirming Platform Connecting Families, Educators and Therapists of Neurodivergent Kids
Launch coincides with release of mobile app and industry star-studded inaugural conference, The Sensory Journey Summit
Closing the Gap (Assistive Tech Conference) Minneapolis, MN - ClimbRx today announced that it is officially launching its neuroaffirming platform into open beta, making it the first platform where parents, therapists, and educators connect to support neurodivergent kids. The company is breaking new ground, becoming the first to bridge the gap between expensive private therapy and overwhelmed public systems with instant, affordable access to a dynamic online community and comprehensive resource library.
“The platform solves a huge problem that has negatively impacted neurodivergent families for far too long. ClimbRx bridges the gap between 18-month therapy waitlists and families who need help now by connecting them directly with verified therapists who create content, answer questions, and provide community-based guidance,” said Nicole Day, Co-founder and President. “And, not only are we connecting families with these valuable resources, but we’re also giving OTs a way to increase their impact and income by providing new ways for them to reach families and educators of neurodivergent children.”
“As a father of a neurodivergent child myself, I can speak first-hand to the frustration, challenges and struggles of getting the developmental support needed not only in a timely manner, but in a way that provides a noticeable impact,” said Brian Brasch, Founder and CEO. “ClimbRx is looking to fix this issue, and completely disrupt the way OTs help more families and educators in a meaningful way.”
ClimbRx has been available in early access with an online portal, which now is being expanded to include new services, features and a mobile app - making it easier than ever for users to get the resources they need when they need it. The updated beta includes the following:
- ClimbRx Community - Private, neuroaffirming space where families and educators can post questions and get timely replies and live discussions with others in their position as well as verified therapists
- Verified Therapist Network - 65+ verified therapists active in the community and growing
- Expert Content Library - Expeditions organized by category and skill, with therapist-created articles, videos, and activities for different skills across different zones
- Printable Marketplace - Multi-vendor marketplace for visual supports, guides, and activities
- Hands-on activities - Play-based activities OTs use in their practice with kids to help build fine motor skills, mindfulness, daily self-care skills, social communication, and more Translated for use with everyday home or school items whenever possible
- Sensory sidekicks - The company’s trademarked animated characters that represent real neurodivergent traits and sensory profiles, helping neurodivergent children feel seen, supported, and proud of who they are by reflecting their lived experiences in positive, strength-based ways
“We’re not just solving access to care—we’re creating a whole new model where everybody wins. The families get support, the therapists get fairly compensated, and kids are supported through approaches that actually work,” said Greg Santucci, Chief Adventure Therapist and globally recognized expert in neurodiversity-affirming care.
The company also announced its inaugural Sensory Journey Summit - an annual virtual summit taking place January 2026. The conference will feature expert talks by the likes of Dr. Ross Greene, Robyn Gobbel, Kelly Mahler, and other industry thought leaders along with demos and other activities.
