Nikon Museum celebrates 10th anniversary and holds special events
One year since reopening in Nishioi
The Nikon Museum, operated by Nikon Corporation, will celebrate its 10th anniversary in October 2025. The museum opened in Shinagawa in October 2015 as part of Nikon’s 100th anniversary project and was relocated and reopened within its headquarters in Nishioi, Tokyo in October 2024 due to the headquarters’ relocation. To commemorate both the 10th anniversary of the museum’s opening and the first anniversary of its reopening, Nikon Museum is planning special events.
Anniversary EventIn celebration of the 10th anniversary, visitors who complete the visitor survey will receive a “Nikon Museum Original Card – 10th Anniversary Edition.” By scanning the QR code* on the card with a smartphone, an exclusive photo frame with the 10th anniversary logo will appear, making it perfect for taking memorable photos inside the museum. In addition, the museum shop will offer limited-edition merchandise, such as towels and clear plastic folders featuring the anniversary design, available only during the anniversary year.
