Maturatta brings flavor and grilling to SP Gastronomia 2025

Maturatta, Friboi’s expert barbecue brand, is participating for the second consecutive year in SP Gastronomia, one of the largest events in the sector in São Paulo. The festival takes place on the weekends of October 10-12 and 17-19 at Villa-Lobos Park, bringing together gastronomic experiences and cultural attractions.
This year, the brand will be present with the Maturatta Restaurant, offering three dishes prepared with select cuts and techniques that enhance Maturatta’s characteristic flavor and tenderness. They are: cheeseburger with American cheese and truffle mayonnaise; chorizo steak with rustic potatoes, black truffle cream, and crispy farofa; and smoked hump with Brazilian cheese mac and cheese and crispy leeks.
