Beginning November 22, 2025, the magic of the holidays arrives as the Hotel launches its Four the Season celebrations with a newly elevated viewing opportunity during the Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival. Enjoy festive cookie decorating sessions or get creative at the Holiday Craft Corner. Available to guests of all ages, the craft corner harnesses the magic of the holidays with a festive takeaway filled with wishes for this special time of year. Holiday Craft Corner will be available on Fridays, November 21 through December 26 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, and cookie decorating will be available on Saturdays, November 22 through December 27, 2025 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

Letters to Santa

Young guests can drop their holiday wishes into Santa’s special mailbox for a direct line to the North Pole. Custom letters and envelopes will be available for Christmas wish correspondence. Santa’s mailbox is available daily in the lobby from November 22, 2025.
