Depop appoints new Chief Product and Chief Technology Officers

Depop, the community-powered circular fashion marketplace announces two new additions to its Executive Team, with Sonia Biddle appointed as Chief Product Officer and Keyur Govande as Chief Technology Officer. 

Over the past four years at Depop, Sonia has already played a central role in shaping our product strategy - from launching new features, such as Outfits, and enhancing discovery, to improving the overall buying and selling experience. As CPO, Sonia will lead the next phase of Depop’s product journey, guiding innovation and ensuring the platform continues to evolve with the needs of our growing and global community.

Keyur joins from Etsy, where he spent more than a decade leading engineering and product innovation. With 18 years of experience, he will oversee the scaling of Depop’s platform and the strengthening of the technology that underpins it. His focus will be on building a resilient, and scalable infrastructure that enables Depop to excite, and meet the needs of millions of users.
