Lisa Phillips, a retired military wife and former pre -kindergarten teacher, is rooted in the hope of Isaiah 43:18–19. Drawing from her background in early childhood education, Lisa is also a certified children’s coach, passionate about equipping kids ages 6–12 with mindset tools for emotional resilience and success.

Through her story, based coaching approach, Lisa addresses real-life challenges, like bullying, low self -confidence, peer pressure, fears, and major life changes—eqipping children with confidence, integrity, and strength before a crisis takes root.
