FedEx Air and Ground Players of the Week - Week 2 Nominees Announced

The NFL announced today that the nominees for FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week for Week 2 are:

• Detroit quarterback JARED GOFF completed 23 of 28 attempts (82.1 percent) for 334 yards and five touchdowns for a 156.0 passer rating.

• New York Giants quarterback RUSSELL WILSON completed 30 of 41 attempts (73.2 percent) for 450 yards and three touchdowns for a 123.0 passer rating.

• Buffalo running back JAMES COOK recorded 135 scrimmage yards (132 rushing, 3 receiving) and two touchdowns.

• Indianapolis running back JONATHAN TAYLOR recorded 215 scrimmage yards (165 rushing, 50 rushing) and a touchdown

• Cincinnati wide receiver JA’MARR CHASE recorded 14 receptions for 165 yards and a touchdown.

• Detroit wide receiver AMON-RA ST. BROWN recorded 122 scrimmage yards (115 receiving, 7 rushing) and three touchdowns.

For the 2025-26 NFL regular season, FedEx is teaming up with Feeding America to make donations of $2,000 in the name of the winning players ($4,000 total per week) to help combat food insecurity across the country.

This marks the first time the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Awards program will support Feeding America and its nationwide network of local food banks and pantries. Over the course of the entire season, select food banks and pantries will receive grants totaling more than $100,000.
