Tietoevry Named “Top Female Workplace 2025”

Tietoevry has been recognized as a Top Female Workplace 2025 by kununu and SHEconomy, placing the company among the best employers for women in German-speaking regions.

The ranking is based solely on authentic reviews from female employees, who evaluated factors such as equality, workplace environment, and development opportunities. With a score of 4.83 out of 5 and the 5th place in the IT sector, this result reflects the company’s corporate culture. 

At a summer festival hosted at the kununu office in Vienna in July 2025, the award ceremony featured discussions and inspiring conversations with a focus on female empowerment, inclusion, and modern leadership.
