Mattel Partners with Cottage Door Press to bring Beloved Brands to the Luna StoryTime Projector

Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT), a leading global toy and family entertainment company and owner of one of the most iconic brand portfolios in the world, announced a new licensing agreement with Cottage Door Press, the award-winning children’s publisher, to expand its content library for Luna StoryTime Projector, the magical 3-in-1 device that turns storytime into an immersive, screen-free adventure. Starting this year, Cottage Door Press will release officially licensed Luna Content Characters featuring Mattel favorites like Barbie™, Hot Wheels™, Thomas & Friends™, and Angelina Ballerina™, each delivering trusted, educational stories designed to inspire a love of reading through 30+ minutes of engaging play on the Luna StoryTime Projector.

When plugged into the Luna StoryTime Projector, each Luna Content Character turns storytime into a multi-sensory experience through vivid projections, read-along words, gentle animations, narration, and sing-alongs. Kids can sing along with Thomas and his friends as they sing toe-tapping tunes like “Chugga-Chugga Snooze Snooze” or follow Angelina Ballerina’s journey becoming a big sister to Polly.

The Luna collection – ranging from the Luna Starter Set (MSRP: $59.99) to additional Content Characters (MSRP: $14.99 each; sold separately) and bundled Starter Sets with bonus Content Characters – is available for purchase now on Amazon and LunaStoryTime.com and will roll out at Barnes & Noble, Kohl’s, Target.com and Walmart.com later this fall.
