FedEx Air and Ground Players of the Week - Week 1 Nominees Announced

The NFL announced today that the nominees for FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week for Week 1 are:

·       Buffalo Bills quarterback JOSH ALLEN completed 33 of 46 attempts (71.7percent) for 394 yards and two touchdowns for a 112.0 passer rating. Also rushed for 30 yards and two touchdowns.

·       Los Angeles Chargers JUSTIN HERBERT completed 25 of 34 attempts (73.5 percent) for 318 yards and three touchdowns for a 131.7 passer rating.

·       Pittsburgh quarterback AARON ROGERS completed 22 of 30 attempts (73.3 percent) for 244 yards and four touchdowns for a 136.7 passer rating.

·       Tampa Bay wide receiver EMEKA EGBUKA registered four catches for 67 yards and two touchdowns.

·       Jacksonville running back TRAVIS ETIENNE recorded 156 scrimmage yards (143 rushing, 13 receiving).

·       Baltimore running back DERRICK HENRY recorded 182 scrimmage yards (169 rushing, 13 receiving) and two rushing touchdowns.

For the 2025-26 NFL regular season, FedEx is teaming up with Feeding America to make donations of $2,000 in the name of the winning players ($4,000 total per week) to help combat food insecurity across the country.

This marks the first time the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Awards program will support Feeding America and its nationwide network of local food banks and pantries. Over the course of the entire season, select food banks and pantries will receive grants totaling more than $100,000.
