CCEP announces the retirement of Peter West and appointment of Gareth McGeown as VP and General Manager of the APS Business Unit

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) today announces the retirement of Peter West, VP and General Manager of the Australia, Pacific and Southeast Asia (APS) Business Unit, and the appointment of his successor, Gareth McGeown, General Manager of the Philippines.

Peter’s career in packaged goods spans nearly 4 decades, including more than 7 years with Coca-Cola. During that time, Peter played a pivotal role in the turnaround of the Australian business and the successful integration of the APS region into CCEP.

Gareth is a 25-year veteran of the Coca-Cola system. For the last 7 years, Gareth has led the business in the Philippines, delivering consistent share, volume and profit growth. He will continue to be based in Manila.

Peter’s retirement and Gareth’s appointment is effective 1 January, 2026.
