(Coral Gables, FL) Given the tragic recent Virginia Tech University school shootings, nothing is more important than addressing the issue of personal safety in each of our lives. The innocent college student victims in the largest mass-shooting in our country’s history could not have expected the fate that awaited them on Monday, April 16 as they went about their daily lives and studies. However, fate led them to be where they were that heartbreaking morning and that fate cannot be changed, no matter how much their families and the entire nation wish it could be so.

No one knows what fate and the future have in store for them.
