Devoted to serving Christ and a pioneer in the field of rescue missions, A. Neal Wilcox shares his inspirational memoir, “God’s Providence, My Privilege: Miracles of the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission.” Neal’s journey of faith and service to the invisible and forgotten homeless men of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is told in this book, which provides a potent testimonial to God’s direction and grace.

The book tells the story of how he started and expanded the rescue mission, dealt with the difficulties of ministry work, and saw the lives of people he helped experience astounding transformations.
“God’s plan for each of us is greater than we could ever imagine,” said Neal. “This book is a testament to His providence and the privilege it is to serve others in His name. My hope is that readers will see how God can use ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things when we surrender to His will.”
The difficulties and victories of starting and running a ministry that still has an impact on countless lives are presented in God’s Providence through emotional storytelling. Testimonies from men whose physical and spiritual lives were saved by God’s grace are included to support Neal’s ideas.
