This was part of a comprehensive plan to ensure flawless connectivity and exceptional network performance for both athletes and spectators.

The event venues were further equipped with Indoor Building Solutions (IBS) that ensure comprehensive coverage, high internet speeds, and stable connections even during peak times, enabling a seamless gaming and spectating experience without interruption.

To support digital broadcasting, stc provided an advanced communications system powered by its 5G network, empowering media professionals and content creators to capture events live without delays.

By expanding the 5G bandwidth to 285 megahertz in the highest density areas, the group recorded the fastest download and upload speeds during the tournament, according to Ookla, a leading platform for network performance testing. This further reinforced stc’s position as a regional leader in delivering advanced connectivity experiences.
