Clarify Raises $22.5M to Expand the World’s First Autonomous CRM

Leading the shift to autonomous go-to-market platforms, the company is also announcing the public availability of its Customer Relationship Management platform. Utilizing AI, Clarify enables sales and marketing teams with self-sustaining pipeline and customer records – it’s the only CRM that keeps itself up-to-date

Seattle, WA – WEBWIRE

Clarify, the autonomous CRM, announced today $15 million in Series A funding led by USVP and Gradient, with participation from Madrona, Recall, Ascend, Essence, New Normal Fund, and Fika. In total, Clarify has raised $22.5 million in one year since its founding. The company is also announcing that its platform is now immediately available.

Simply put, sales teams spend too much time on manual, administrative work and not enough time doing what they do best – selling. In fact, a recent study found that sales representatives spend less than 30% of their time actually selling. This is largely due to customer relationship management tools (CRMs) requiring manual data entry to be useful.

Enter Clarify, the first autonomous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that works continuously in the background, it automates pipeline creation, meeting follow-ups, and data entry, updating your entire system of people, companies, and deals in real-time. When CRM runs itself, your team is free to focus on building the relationships that drive revenue.

“We talked to hundreds of go-to-market teams who all said the same thing: legacy CRMs are fundamentally broken. Why? They’re designed to be served, not to serve,” stated Patrick Thompson, Co-founder and CEO of Clarify. “These systems demand an army of humans just to produce basic outcomes. It’s backwards. We are building a CRM that acts like your best teammate.”

Since launching in 2024, Clarify has onboarded hundreds of teams into their pilot program, 70% of which are engaging weekly and is empowering go-to-market (GTM) teams at companies like Paramark, Sift, and Volca, who have reported an 80% reduction in administrative work.

Why Now: The Rise of Autonomous GTM
For years, scaling revenue meant hiring more people—SDRs, RevOps, marketers—and buying an assortment of tools: call recorders, inbound qualification and call schedulers, prospecting databases, outbound email senders, LinkedIn automation platforms. But that model doesn’t scale.

While everyone else is adding more complexity through bespoke agents that require constant customization and maintenance, Clarify takes the opposite approach. The company has internalized the agentic experience into what they call Ambient Intelligence, where the CRM is the agent and is always working in the background.

“You hire a sales representative to sell, not to manually input data,” explained Austin Hay, Co-founder and COO of Clarify. “We’re building a tool to handle the tasks your sales team shouldn’t have to worry about, so that they can spend more time on what they do best, building relationships and making your customers happy.”

This is Autonomous GTM: lean teams driving meaningful revenue outcomes without the bloat, complexity, or manual intervention that breaks traditional systems.

Clarify helps customers build pipeline automatically, close more deals with less busywork and stay organized all in one tool, no additional note-taking apps, meeting bots or email plugins needed.

“Clarify is at the vanguard of the autonomous GTM movement. We’re seeing growing demand for tools that use AI to reduce complexity and drive real outcomes, and Clarify delivers that from day one. It helps companies grow faster by letting their teams focus on what actually drives revenue,” said Tim Porter, Managing Director at Madrona Ventures. “Patrick, Ondrej, and Austin combine product depth, go-to-market insight, and operational expertise in a way that makes them uniquely suited to build something this ambitious. We’re proud to support them.”

This funding will accelerate Clarify’s product roadmap and go-to-market expansion, including team expansion. The company is hiring across engineering, product, and growth.
