Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara and Seasons Restaurant Unveil a Blissfully Botanical Summer

New Tea Garden inspires Instagram-worthy menu and sensory spa treatment

San Diego, Aviara – WEBWIRE

This summer, Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara and Seasons Restaurant invite guests to immerse themselves in the lush beauty of San Diego’s flora with an exclusive lineup of botanical-inspired experiences. From a newly unveiled tea garden to rejuvenating spa treatments and a vibrant summer menu, the resort celebrates summer with nature’s finest offerings.

Seasons Tea Garden

With summer upon us, the Seasons Restaurant culinary team has become enchanted with the subtle flavours that tea imparts on both food and libations. As they dream up ways to infuse their preparations with a variety of tea profiles, a functional tea garden has been planted on the Seasons Veranda featuring plants such as Lavender, Camomile, Basil, and Lemon Balm.

Fresh Summer Menu at Seasons Restaurant

Seasons Restaurant unveils its new summer menu, thoughtfully crafted to highlight the delicate flavours and healthful benefits of tea. Dishes are infused with herbal and floral notes, showcasing the best of local and seasonal ingredients. With beautiful plating featuring bursts of colour, phones will certainly eat first. New summer menus can be enjoyed at Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner.

Can’t-miss menu items include:

  • White Tea and Lemon Spiced Halibut with Steamed Spinach, Red Grape, Rose-Scented Jasmine Rice and White Woods Broth. The signature dish on the dinner menu, the White Tea Halibut is a tribute to the quiet sophistication of tea and the artistry of modern coastal cuisine.
  • Pâté or Pimento Board with Micro Greens, Seasonal Herbs, Flower Petals, and Sourdough. House-made pâté and delicately whipped pimento cheese are elevated with the vibrant touch of micro greens and edible petals — a nod to the garden in full bloom.
  • Aviara Panna Cotta with Funnel Cake Nest, White-Woods Infused Grapefruit, and White Chocolate Crumble. This dessert odes to the origins of the name Aviara, which is a fusion of the words aviary and terra. Wildlife flourishes in Aviara, with many species of birds choosing the lush area as their home.
  • Aviara Bloom Cocktail with green tea infused Roku gin, St-Germain, Dom Benedictine, grapefruit, and lemon. Drawing inspiration from seasonal gardens in full bloom, this cocktail embodies the essence of summertime.

Reservations can be made online through Open Table or by calling 760 603 3668.
