Unisys Named to Newsweek’s 2025 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®
Unisys up 24 places in the ranking list, demonstrating high levels of satisfaction and engagement among employees
Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named to the Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® by Newsweek for the second consecutive year. This prestigious recognition highlights the company’s dedication to fostering a dynamic, empowered workplace culture by emphasizing key aspirational behaviors: explore, experiment, act with agility and take ownership. This commitment to employee experience has enhanced job satisfaction and supported professional development across the organization, resulting in Unisys climbing 24 places since the 2024 ranking to number 74.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized by Newsweek as one of the world’s most loved workplaces,” said Ruchi Kulhari, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Unisys. “This award belongs to our incredible associates, whose passion and dedication make Unisys a truly exceptional place to work. Their commitment to collaboration, inclusivity and excellence drives a culture where innovation thrives and possibilities are constantly reimagined.”
Most Loved Workplaces® certifies companies where employees are the happiest and most satisfied at work. Unisys was recognized based on survey data showing employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, collaboration, support and sense of belonging they feel inside the company.
“As we mark five years of recognizing the world’s Most Loved Workplaces®, it’s an honor to spotlight companies that place employee well-being at the center of their workplace cultures,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Newsweek’s global editor-in-chief. “In today’s rapidly changing world, this year’s list reflects a growing global shift toward human-centered leadership as a key driver of resilience and success.”
Backed by the Best Practices Institute (BPI) in its original research that created Most Loved Workplaces® criteria, Most Loved Workplaces® surveyed more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa and Southeast Asia. They found that productivity rises as employee sentiment increases, with 94% of respondents saying they did three to four times more work for a company they loved and 95% saying they stayed at companies they loved three to four times longer.
