Rivière Rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville invites guests to Chef’s Dinner: A Greek Evening as Executive Chef Derek Simcik partners with celebrity guest Chef Zoi Antonitsas for an evening to remember at the Hotel’s seventh floor restaurant. The one-night-only rooftop dining experience, inspired by the flavours of Greece, offers two ways to dine, along with live music, sweeping downtown views and a vibrant al fresco atmosphere. On Friday, June 20, 2025, guests can choose between a communal table experience with a private reception, or traditional seating under the stars.

Greek-Inspired Menu

The evening’s menu features a thoughtful selection of regional Greek dishes, beginning with a meze course. Highlights include ταραμοσαλάτα (taramosalata with smoked trout caviar and warm pita); Τζατζίκι & τυροκαυτερή (Greek yogurt and spicy whipped feta dips served playfully with breakable plates); Κεφτέδες (Greek meatballs with heirloom tomatoes and lemon); and κρεατόπιτα (a savoury mix of lamb, basmati rice, tomato and mint). Lighter options include Χωριάτικη Σούπα (chilled tomato soup with marinated cucumbers and whipped feta rusks) and κολοκυθάκι (grilled zucchini with herb oil and pine nuts).

Main dishes include Ψητός Ξιφίας (grilled swordfish with skordalia and lemon sauce); παπουτσάκια (baked beef-stuffed eggplant with cheese sauce); and Ράφι αρνιού (grilled rack of lamb with cumin yogurt, green garbanzos, mint, and honey.) Pastry Chef Hector Llompart’s decadent dessert brings the meal to a close with Μπακλαβάς, warm pistachio and walnut baklava served with labneh ice cream and orange blossom honey.

Each dish was developed by Chef Derek and Chef Zoi, drawing on their individual interpretations of Greek culinary traditions.

Chefs’ Table Experience

For a more intimate evening, the Chefs’ Table Experience welcomes eight guests for an exclusive culinary journey. The experience begins with a private cocktail hour from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, featuring curated amuse-bouche offerings and handcrafted cocktails, followed by a family-style dinner at 7:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a taste of every dish from the à la carte menu, each inspired by the vibrant traditions of the Mediterranean. Reservations are USD 120 per person through OpenTable.

À La Carte Dining

Guests may also choose the à la carte dining experience, beginning at 5:00 pm, with the full menu available to order at leisure. Enhance the evening with optional curated beverage pairings, thoughtfully selected to complement each dish.
