Northrop Grumman Propels PrSM During Launcher Integration Test

Northrop Grumman Corporation’s (NYSE: NOC) propulsion solution was integral to recent qualification tests demonstrating the readiness and reliability of the U.S. Army’s Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 1. Northrop Grumman provides the solid rocket motor (SRM) to Lockheed Martin as part of the Army’s efforts to modernize its long-range precision strike capabilities.

Already qualified on the HIMARS system, this successful test series from the M270A2 launcher reinforces PrSM’s standout performance and pinpoint accuracy under diverse conditions. The Northrop Grumman motor is a key enabler in enhanced performance that translates to increased weapon standoff and power for the warfighter.
