Two highly respected technology industry leaders have been appointed to serve on the newly established Advisory Board. Mark Forbis is the former Chief Technology Officer at Jack Henry & Associates and current Executive Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Nathan Elsberry is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Office Innovations. He was previously the Chief Revenue Officer at HTEC Group and Head of Sales for North America at Thoughtworks. Together, they bring decades of industry experience and a track record of driving innovation and operational scale.

Mark Forbis brings over 30 years of experience in fintech and enterprise software. At Jack Henry, he served as VP and CTO, where he led the company’s technology strategy and led major product innovation efforts. Mark serves on multiple boards and is currently an Executive Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where he advises on growth strategy and innovation for fintech portfolio companies.

Nathan Elsberry has led large-scale enterprise growth strategies and digital transformation initiatives. Nathan is currently the CEO of Revenue Office Innovations. He previously served as CRO at HTEC Group and Head of Sales for Thoughtworks. He began his career working in information systems for the US Navy. His leadership style focuses on aligning client goals with value-driven technology solutions.
