Collaboration to Enhance Personalized Retailing, Transform Distribution, and Advance Technology in Italy’s Hospitality Market
Sabre Hospitality today announced a multi-year agreement with UNA Italian Hospitality, Italy’s largest hotel chain, to implement Sabre’s SynXis®Central Reservation System (CRS) across the chain’s 55 properties. UNA Italian Hospitality will deploy SynXis, the leading global commerce and distribution platform, enabling hoteliers to achieve streamlined distribution, centralized control, and greater flexibility.
The SynXis platform empowers hoteliers to efficiently manage inventory and pricing while maximizing reach across distribution channels. UNA Italian Hospitality will leverage the cloud-based SynXis platform, including the Sabre Booking Engine (SBE) and SynXis Channel Connect, to enhance global distribution, increase direct bookings, and expand visibility to corporate clients, travel management companies, and nearly 425,000+ travel agents and tour operators worldwide, boosting revenue opportunities.
A key differentiator for this partnership is the implementation of SynXis® Voice Agent (SVA), a hotel call center solution that helps hoteliers encourage high-value bookings, deliver great guest experiences, and drive call center conversions. This capability will enable UNA Italian Hospitality to deliver leading central reservations services for all hotels, including franchised properties, providing a unified and efficient booking experience across the entire hotel chain.
