Biosafe Solutions represents the merging of 2 separate ventures to create a joint manufacturing and selling platform for much needed healthcare and sanitary products:

– Biotech International
– Aardbalm

The enlarged group will benefit from the joint revenue, derived in part from established sales of product to the Middle East, India, China, Europe and the US. The potential for these sales contracts is already in the $100’s of millions with a significant pipeline of further deals. Early stage contracts have been signed with substantial purchaser deposits made.

Biotech International owns the IP, distributes and sells Envirocair and Mozzi-mort. These 2 unique biocidal products have had much attention in the press and Biotech International has secured sales of these products to the Middle East and India, China and the US with interest from Africa and ASEAN countries. Envirocair is a pathogen suppressant proven to kill H5N1, MRSA and C-Diff. Mozzi-mort a proven Mosquito Killer is a parathyroid based paint for use in all tropical and sub-tropical locations.

Aardbalm owns the IP, distributes and sells Aardbalm which is a unique, patented and European approved alternative to formalin within the embalming industry. Recently with the outlawing of formalin in France and the advent of the BPD and REACH regulations, Aardbalm has begun to dominate the European market, with the potential to dominate for the next 10 years or more. Current sales are European based, with a forecast of sales in China and US during 2007/2008.

Biosafe Solutions will bring together the 3 core brands with the companies agreeing to enter into a joint R&D pipeline of new biocidal products. The first of these products Eisofix (preservation of biopsy tissue) will continue trials with the NHS at the end of April 2007.
