Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva announces an exclusive collaboration with acclaimed Avra Bar from Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens to present A Taste of Athens, bringing a touch of Mediterranean flair to the shores of Lake Geneva. On May 15 and 16, 2025, guests can indulge in the creative cocktail artistry of Avra Bar within the elegant ambiance of Bar des Bergues, savouring signature creations by mixologist and Avra Bar Manager Manon Kapfer.

Celebrated for her inventive approach, Manon crafts delicate yet vibrant cocktails using fragrant botanicals such as dandelion and orris root. Her finely tuned sense of balance extends beyond the glass, with each cocktail thoughtfully paired to enhance and elevate the flavours of every dish.

Under her creative direction, Bar des Bergues will present a Mediterranean-inspired cocktail selection that highlights nature’s purest, most expressive ingredients. Crafted with precision and flair, each drink revolves around a central ingredient explored in its full sensory potential: orange, pine, and apple.

Orange captures the essence of early summer in a bright, floral blend of gin, orange blossom, pistachio, rhubarb and sparkling wine, a refreshing interpretation of citrus in bloom. Pine offers a smoky, resinous profile with mezcal, Axia Mastiha, pine, rosewood and kiwi evoking the cool, aromatic air of a forest after rain. Apple delivers a crisp and gently spiced composition of bourbon, Granny Smith apple, cedarwood and soda water - clean, vibrant, and quietly layered.

Guests will be able to sip Avra’s new signature creations on Bar des Bergues’ breezy terrace that looks out onto Geneva’s lakefront promenade, offering unobstructed views of the city’s iconic Jet d’Eau. Cocktails will be served alongside vibrant Greek tapas-style sharing plates such as Tartare, which features silky Aegean tuna layered with creamy Cretan avocado, crispy onion and spicy citrus peels; Piperakia, made with roasted green peppers and Afrina sea salt; and Sliders, a hearty indulgence of Serres buffalo, onion marmalade, barbecue sauce and matured valley cheese.
